In a group of four colleagues, each of our co-op buildings focused on education and fostering a symbiotic learning relationship among residents. My site, spanning 21,000 ft² and housing 84 residents, is dedicated to STEM education and reflects the shape and circulation of the cul-de-sac in front. The ground floor features STEM-related public amenities, while the upper levels consist of residential spaces, each with a shared central patio on every floor. Using earth-toned colors and materials, the building and landscape seamlessly integrate with vegetation to create a positive learning environment and stimulate creativity within the community.
